L`Eclair by Christophe Adam

Christpphe Adam 's Eclair shop, who served Fuchon' s chef for ten years, in Tokyo, so I went there.The head office is said to be in the Marais district of Paris, but you can not go there indeed

Because the store is a corner of a Takashimaya department store in Tokyo, it is not stylish,
I bought three flavours eclair a caramel , a pistache , a framboise. 

Cream is delicious at its best. I can not make this................

パリのフォションで10年シェフを勤めたクリストフ・アダムの手掛けるエクレアショップ知ってる？本店はパリのマレ地区にあるが流石にパリに買いに行けないので、高島屋日本橋店の一角にあるショップに行ってみた。カラフルな色のエクレアの中から、カラメル・ピスタチオ・フランボアーズを選ぶ。シュー生地は想像より硬めだが、クリームは深い味わい。とてもマネできない！

Best French Bakery

Do you know "Tiong Bahru Bakery"

 You can buy High quality Croissant at this store.

If you eat a bite, you will feel the fragrance of butter and the crisp well. 
The reason....A bakery produced by a famous French bakery craftsman, taste and technique are charged in France.

 There are stores in Raffles City and Orchard, but I definitely want you to go to the main store.

 It is better to walk by bus service 123 at Blk55

ここのクロワッサン、美味いよ～！　地下鉄のチョンバル駅からだと結構歩くし場所分かりにくいそうです。オーチャード通りや高島屋辺りからなら123番のバスで約10個目Blk55で下車したらすぐでした。

Discovery the new spot

Bishan Park in Singapore

This may be my favorite place for me in Singapore.

Quiet and relaxing space.....Here is Bishan Ang Mo Kio Park.

I also like botanical gardens, but there are too many tourists over there. I heard that this Bishan Park is the second largest park next to the Botanical Gardens, but I think it is a very calm park.

There are McDonald's in the park, and there is also a cafe. The meal and the staff's service were grade well and very satisfied

ガイドブックには、ほぼ載っていないビシャン・アンモキオ公園。おススメです。

シンガポール植物園に次ぐ大きさの公園だそうだけど、ぜんぜん混んでいません。散歩するには最高ですが、楽しみ方見つけてください。カフェやマックもありますよ。

地下鉄ビシャン駅からも徒歩5分ほど。
